Why we hate HR

We had a meeting with our HR yesterday due to some controversies going on the floor. And what i learned in that meeting is few words. like Salary tables, Salary Zones, Company Policies etc. Guys raised their concerns and they got a fixed response "Company Policies". I also raised my concern and answered my self and She agreed to that. We are just the hand books of policies for HRs.

The most interesting solution to make people happy was to send birthday's mails to employees. And they can't do any monetary help to make people happy. And th always said Budget issue is the constraint. Thats why we hate HR.


After that most of the team members gossiped around and went their homes after sitting for 1 more hour. Yeah, every day before a holiday is friday for us. :D

About Office Gupshup

I thought i should start with the purpose of this blog.. So today i feel like writing something but not getting the idea... and what can be better than Office Gupshup...

Office Gupshup will speak about all happenings in my office.. yeah sometimes which will be philosophical to relate to all of the offices...



Currently I am in a tier A company.. and working on a Canada based project... which has a big team that means more members and more gossips :)

Yeah we can call these gossip talks as "Meetings" in office if sombody asks us [:D]
